Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at contact@pawvera.love within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
